We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to every single person who contributed to the success of this year’s Big Give. Your role in our community is invaluable, and your generous donations have been instrumental in our success. In total, NEEF and our NEISD campus fundraisers raised $90,645.40 and secured a top 10 position among ALL participating organizations within San Antonio. NEEF ranked second in the total number of donors out of all San Antonio organizations. Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce that NEEF is the number one mid-sized non-profit in terms of donor numbers and second place in that category for total revenue. It was a true team effort, and we are extremely grateful for your donations, especially during a year when inflationary pressures were high. Our campus fundraisers were amazing raising a total of $79,651!
Plus, once again, the top 3 fundraisers got a bonus from NEEF:
- 1st Place: Lopez Middle School raised $7,455, won an additional $1,500
- 2nd Place: Tejeda Middle School raised $6,480, won $800, and
- 3rd Place: International School of the Americas (ISA) High School raised $4,785, won $400
It’s important to note that fundraising is critical to our efforts to support our school district. Our teachers often rely on grants to purchase school supplies, STEM equipment, and other necessary items to provide an exceptional educational experience for our students. NEEF relies on your ongoing support to continue its impactful work. Your contributions, whether through tax-deductible donations or participation in our events, are essential to fund educational grants, programs, and projects across the district. NEEF also hosts events such as fundraisers that unite the community to support NEISD schools.
